Here you can visualize NCBI Gene Omnibus Experiments data.
To do that, simply enter your GEO Acession number
Example: GSE13534

or search through entire GEO database. Search will be performed using 'title' field of experiments.

After choising (or entering) GEO Accession number, you will be prompted to select platforms from a list that have been used in experiment, and at the next step samples belonging to corresponding platform will be shown. You will have an option to select all samples or just some of them, and at the final step data will be presented in a table with selecte samples and fields.
If you are not sure of how it works, you can use our demo example by clicking on 'example' word right under GEO Acession search fild, and then pressing Submit button. Please be adviced that currently our system can process only experiments that have fields and values, ie it is not able to parse transctiptome or other RAW data files.
